Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest
- This document provides information on the final rule published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest. Starting September 5, 2006, the new Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest must be used for all hazardous waste shipments, including toluene diisocyanate (TDI), which is a listed hazardous waste (U223).
